A couple of days ago, the financial report of Activision Blizzard about Q4 2012, shows that Diablo 3 sold more than 12 million copies in 2012 and that World of Warcraft subscriptions went down by 400 thousands.
Diablo 3 increased its sales by 2 million from the Q3 of 2012 and that makes Diablo 3 the #1 best-selling PC game at retail for the calendar year 2012 in North America and Europe.
On the other hand, the World of Warcraft, failed to keep over 10 million subscribers since the release of Mist of Pandarian with the number has fallen to 9.6 million.
