League of Legends superfans, rejoice: game developers Riot Games have partnered with gaming peripheral company Razer to release an exclusive LoL mouse & mousepad combo, available today through Razer’s online store.
The Razer Naga Hex League of Legends Collector’s Edition mouse reduces the number of thumb buttons from 12 to 6, eliminating excess and allowing LoL players to smoothly bind any hotkeys (including attacks, spells and items) to 11 separate programmable buttons for the battle arena. The companion Razer Goliathus League of Legends Collector’s Edition promises a “speed-enhancing service” with its slick cloth weave that promotes the mouse’s targeting and tracking.
The new peripherals aren’t Razer’s first foray into the world of LoL. The company currently sponsors defending world champions Taipei Assassins and a handful of other sponsored teams.
The mouse retails for $89.99 and mousepad at $19.99; both can be found on the Razer website.
